Here’s a simple hot honey recipe that takes only minutes to prepare and it’s super delicious. You'll want to drizzle it on anything - and I mean anything!
In a small saucepan, add the crushed red pepper and heat just for a few seconds to get it going. Add the honey and heat just until it loosens up and you start to see tiny bubbles form on the inside rim of the pan.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar. I like to use the whole grain mustard to add some texture.
Drizzle over anything you want to make sweet and spicy.

You can store this at room temperature for weeks. I like to make this hot honey in small batches and use it for what I need.
