SWEET AND SPICY BBQ RUB
Sweet and Spicy BBQ Rub delivers the perfect amount of salty, sweet, and spice to ribs, chops, brisket, chicken, pork, beans, veggies, and anything you want to flavor with BBQ. Makes approx. 1 cup.

Ingredients

cup
light brown sugar
packed

tablespoons
paprika

granulated garlic

tablespoon
kosher salt

teaspoons
black pepper
2
teaspoons
ground cumin

teaspoon
granulated onion
1
teaspoon
chili powder
1
teaspoon
ground ginger
¼ - ½
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a recycled spice jar or mason jar and shake it to mix.
Sprinkle and rub on ribs, brisket, chicken, pork, or chops.
Can be added to baked beans to enhance flavor. Add to your taste.
Use on anything you want to add delicious BBQ flavor.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container. It may harden because of the sugar. It's fine. Just break it up with a fork and use.
Notes
Because this rub contains sugar, it may clump up. Just shake and/or break up with a fork.
