Simple Green Smoothie

A simple, beginner friendly, green smoothie that's refreshing and delicious. It only takes 2 minutes to prepare with just 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold filtered water*
  • 2 cups baby spinach Packed
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 pear Quartered and cored

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in order listed into blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Notes

*If you want a thicker smoothie, use 1 cup of water.
