Orange Vinaigrette
A quick and simple Orange Vinaigrette that delivers an explosion of flavors that are both bright and spicy with a touch of sweetness. Use on salads, vegetables, poultry, or pork. Makes about ½ cup.

Ingredients

cup
frozen orange juice concentrate
thawed

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar

teaspoons
honey

teaspoon
Dijon mustard

garlic clove
minced, (about ½ teaspoon)
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
or to taste
¼
teaspoon
pepper
Pinch
of crushed red pepper
optional
¼
cup
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Place all the ingredients except for the olive oil in a bowl and whisk together to combine.
Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until it’s emulsified.
Keep stored in the fridge.
Serve over your favorite greens, vegetables, chicken, pork, or fish.

Can also be used as a marinade.
