Homemade Italian Cream Liqueur is a combination of sweetened cream, Amaretto or Frangelico, vodka, and flavorings which result in an incredibly smooth, rich and creamy drink. Perfect as an after-dinner beverage or simply as an adult indulgence. Makes about 1 ½ quarts.
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl just until completely combined. Do not overbeat or you’ll end up with Italian cream butter.
Pour into a glass container and refrigerate or enjoy immediately.
Keeps for a month, refrigerated, in an airtight container. I've also tested it after a year and enjoyed it thank you very much! Just give it a good shake.
