Roasted Sausages and Grapes
Roasted Sausages and Grapes may sound like an odd combination, but once you take a bite you’ll see it’s a perfect marriage of flavors. You only need five ingredients and five minutes for a fantastic hearty meal.

Ingredients

pounds
sweet sausages
about 8 - 10*

large red or sweet onion
sliced
2
cups
red seedless grapes
removed from the stems
¼
cup
red wine vinegar
¼
cup
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
On a baking sheet, add the onions in one layer, top with the sausages, then scatter the grapes.
Drizzle the oil and vinegar evenly over everything.
Roast for 50 - 55 minutes until sausages are browned and the grapes collapse and release their juices.
Notes
You can use a combination of sweet and hot sausages to make it even more interesting.
