Delicious Blueberry Yogurt Parfaits are perfect for breakfast, snack, or whenever you please. Simple to prepare and can be made ahead. This makes 2 servings with each serving using ½ cup of yogurt, berries, and granola. Recipe can be multiplied for desired servings.
The measurements for berries don’t have to be exact. Use how much you like. If you like it on the sweeter side, use the higher amount of maple syrup. I like to finish these with a few berries on top then drizzled with a tiny bit of maple syrup.This recipe uses my simple homemade granola. If using my homemade granola, you will need 30 minutes to prepare.
