tgc Spice Rub
This spice mix is very versatile. You can use it on chicken, pork ribs, and seafood. My family particularly loves it on salmon. We try to eat it at least once a week. It’s wonderful when your kids ask for something healthy. I have cooked salmon several different ways but, the one that they always request is with this rub.

tgc Spice Rub
This is a spice you add according to your liking. Like things hot? Then pour it on. Just try a taste on the tip of your finger so you know what you are getting into. Even a little sprinkle will give you an explosion of flavor.
My mother-in-law says this spice makes her head tingle. One day we were going to have barbecued ribs and I prepare that by first coating the ribs with my spice rub and slow cooking them. On this particular occasion, my father-in-law - who likes all things hot - was in charge of spicing up the ribs. As he poured it all around I stopped him and reminded him that his wife was going to be eating these also and too much spice makes her head tingle. Therefore, he should maybe make one of the racks with less spice. He stopped, looked at me, gave me a devilish grin, which at the same time became a twinkle in his eye, and poured some more on. We both giggled. And, her head tingled all night.
Like spices? Try some of my other spices and add some flavor to any dish.

This is the best spice mix I've ever had! I've used this on salmon, haddock, chicken, potatoes, vegetables, and even with olive oil for dipping with bread. It is delicious!

Thank you so much, Kim! So happy you liked it. I have to try it as a dipping sauce for bread. I haven't thought of that. Thank you for the suggestions!
