A simple white balsamic vinaigrette that’s super simple to make and is so good, you’ll want to use it on anything and everything. This is good stuff and it takes two minutes to make - just like the title says.
Don’t know if I need to use 300 words in this post to describe this delicious white balsamic vinaigrette. All I have to say is that it’s pretty damn good and makes plain ‘ol lettuce taste amazing.
You can make it in a jar and shake, shake, shake it until it comes together and store any leftovers by just covering it and sticking it in the fridge. Or, you can whisk it all together in a bowl. Did I really have to tell you that? I know my audience is SMART!
Use a great tasting extra virgin olive oil since this is the base and if you use something bitter, the dressing will taste bitter. Use something fruity, and you’ll be happy you did. I use this one and it's fantastic!
The rest of the ingredients need no explanation. You have the white balsamic vinegar, honey, a touch of Dijon, and salt and pepper to taste. Taste it please. Use a pinch of salt and taste. Taste good? Then stop, otherwise, add another pinch. You are the master of your kitchen.
That’s it, folks. (Drop mike)
